Approved by Apple App Store (review rounds completed successfully); withheld from public commercial launch per company product roadmap.

Selected Personal Contributions

Specific features, integration flows, and infrastructure tasks I personally implemented:

  • Mobile Onboarding & Sessions: Built consumer authentication and profile navigation using Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple, handling session persistence and guarded navigation.
  • Feed Pagination & Infinite Scrolling: Implemented client-side pagination consumption, loading states, skeleton placeholders, and infinite scroll lists across recipe and merchant feeds.
  • Media Caching & Bilingual Support: Integrated image caching strategies to optimize media delivery and implemented English/French localization across consumer mobile screens.
  • TestFlight & App Store Delivery: Prepared iOS builds, managed signing certificates and provisioning profiles in App Store Connect, distributed TestFlight builds, and addressed Apple review feedback to reach store approval.

Technical Challenge & Solution

The Problem

Displaying image-heavy, bilingual recipe and shop feeds led to high initial network payloads and stuttered scrolling when consuming paginated backend responses on lower-powered devices.

My Approach

Implemented smooth client-side infinite scroll pagination coupled with memory-conscious image caching and TanStack Query request caching, preventing redundant downloads of already-viewed items.

Verified Outcome

Enabled responsive, low-friction browsing across extensive recipe catalogs with optimized memory usage and immediate loading of cached assets.
